Our Gonstead Chiropractor

Dr. Eric (Tae Hee) Park
Dr. Park’s journey as a chiropractor began after he sustained a neck injury during a soccer match. Following a collision in mid-air, he experienced severe neck pain that evolved into a tingling sensation in his arms. After visiting a medical clinic, he was prescribed a muscle relaxant but was dissatisfied with the limited information he received. Determined to find a better solution, he sought further options.
This quest led him to a Gonstead chiropractor, who explained that the nervous system controls the body and that a vertebral subluxation can disrupt nerve function, causing his symptoms. This explanation struck a chord with Dr. Park. After receiving specific Gonstead adjustments, he fully recovered.
Inspired by his transformative experience, Dr. Park developed a deep interest in chiropractic care and pursued a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, the birthplace of chiropractic. Recognizing the significance of precise Gonstead adjustments, he dedicated his studies to mastering the correction of subluxations. He attended over 12 Gonstead Seminars and enhanced his skills during a mission trip to Guatemala in 2018 with the Tanaka Chiropractic Missions group, where he provided care to underserved communities.
Since his graduation, Dr. Park has served patients in Welland, South Surrey, and Langley. He is now excited to share his expertise with the Greater Vancouver area through Adapt Spine Centre in Burnaby, where he remains committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven chiropractic care. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Park enjoys traveling, playing soccer, surfing, and spending time with his family.
